Sanford Cohen, President
A graduate of the Ringling School of Art and Design, Sandy founded Design Marketing Group in 1992. He manages all aspects of the company's daily activities, from new client generation and account service, to design and production.
Sandy’s business sense has produced a highly respected award-winning advertising agency. Yet he still finds time for his devotion to family and vintage sports cars.

Gayle Williams, Vice President
Gayle brings twenty years of experience in the academic and not-for-profit arenas to help our clients develop a wide variety of marketing and communications solutions by means of the talent and resources at DMG.
When she’s not developing new business partnerships for DMG, Gayle can be found in the concert halls as both a performing classical musician and music critic.

Ed Tudor, DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
Ed brings almost fifteen years of television marketing experience working with ABC, NBC, and CBS affiliates in a variety of markets. While in the television field he excelled in brand development and management, developing strategies and executing numerous campaigns to grow market share.
Ed is a graduate of the University of Florida and a Florida native. He is an award winning Producer/Director receiving an Emmy Award, an Arkansas Broadcaster’s Association Award, and six local Addy Awards for image campaigns and commercial production.
He is an Eagle Scout and volunteers his service working with youth from all over the country serving on the Southern Region Boy Scouts of America Honor Society Committee and Manatee County District Committee. He also enjoys traveling, training for marathons and spending time with his wife Shelby.

Beth Thurow, PR/Account Associate
Beth came to Design Marketing Group from Perrysburg, Ohio where she was a Project Manager for a full service Marketing Communications firm. Beth earned a Bachelors Degree in Integrated Public Relations from Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan. Her experiences have prepared Beth with the skills she will need to serve our clients as an account associate. At DMG, Beth assists with production of client projects ranging from media schedules to trade show management. In her free time, Beth enjoys biking, scrap booking and spending time with friends.

Michael Weber, Art Director
Mike is a graduate of Ringling School of Art and Design. He is from Ohio but has lived in various parts of Florida since 1981 and now makes Sarasota his home for a second time. He has extensive design experience ranging from fashion catalogs and magazines to publication press checks and advertising design.
Mike, in his spare time, enjoys watching film noir movies, creates original oil paintings and spends time with his lovely wife, Paulette.

Tom Fletcher, Art Director
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Tom has worked extensively with both print publications and advertising agencies. A Sarasota resident since 1981, he joined Design Marketing Group in 1997.
Specializing in both print and web design, Tom has more than 24 years of experience in the design industry.

Howard Graham, JR., Warehouse & Tradeshow Services Manager
Howard is a long term Sarasota resident with over 20 years of experience. Howard is responsible for the design and production of Trade Show booths and related Point-of-Sale and Product Demonstration displays. Howard is also responsible for all aspects of the facility’s maintenance and organization. When Howard is not producing the next trade show solution he can be found canoeing and fishing on Florida’s waterways.

Michael A. Sisti, Branding & Marketing Consultant
Mike Sisti is a nationally recognized branding and marketing consultant with nearly 50 years in the marketing communications field. This wealth of knowledge and experience has consistently produced extraordinary results for his clients with minimal outlays in marketing budgets. His services include strategic and tactical plan development; brand building, enhancement and staff education; and preparation of effective advertising and public relations media plans.
Sisti is versed in all disciplines of marketing, including branding, advertising, public relations, Internet communications, collateral production, event marketing, and more. He has won hundreds of national and regional awards, including three successive National Brand Excellence Awards for Blue Cross Blue Shield. He also writes and lectures on branding, marketing and entrepreneurship.
Martyn Schorr, Public Relations/Marketing Consultant
Martyn Schorr, an experienced public relations and marketing consultant in the automotive industry started his career as a journalist and editor. He was the Editor of CARS Magazine for many years and launched and produced the first newsstand magazines for Corvette (Vette) and Pontiac (High-Performance PONTIAC) enthusiasts.
During the 1960s and 1970s he played a key role in the success of Baldwin-Motion, the leading producer of super-high-performance Chevy specialty vehicles (SS-427 & Phase III Camaros & Corvettes). Schorr was responsible for all advertising, public relations and marketing. For the past year he has been spearheading along with DMG the relaunch of the Baldwin-Motion and Motion brands and the marketing of its flagship products: Baldwin-Motion Camaro SuperCoupe, SS-427 and Phase III 540 Camaros.
For almost twenty years (1982-2000) his marketing communications agency, PMPR, Inc., handled all media relations for GM’s Buick Motor Division on the East Coast.
Martyn brings decades of limited-production, high-performance, specialty vehicle and niche market product marketing and public relations experience to DMG.

Norman Olshansky, President of NFP Consulting Resources
Norman brings with him over 20 years of professional and executive level leadership and consulting within both the not for profit and for profit sectors. His clients have included both large and small service, cultural and faith based organizations ranging from local and national home health care companies, to hospitals and health care systems...from community centers to national membership organizations...from military and law enforcement agencies to botanical gardens...from public school systems to State Universities...from human relations organizations to faith based social service and religious entities throughout the U.S., Canada and Israel.
He has received national recognition for his work in human service and executive leadership. A frequent lecturer at Universities, he has also published a syndicated column, is a national book reviewer for CharityChannel.com, and is active as a volunteer in several civic, religious and professional organizations.
